Sometimes, after securing housing, our clients nee

Sometimes, after securing housing, our clients need long-term support. That’s where Chenoa Taylor comes in.

With 19 years of experience in case management, Chenoa has been with HOPE Atlanta since 2010. As a Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager, Chenoa provides affordable housing assistance while connecting clients to community services and interventions like health care and substance abuse treatment. This helps them remain stably housed long-term while they work to overcome their obstacles and break the cycle of homelessness.

“I like success,” she says. “I like people to win, especially people that need a second opportunity. I like being the person to connect them with resources.”

Chenoa works exclusively with single women and women with children. Many experience homelessness due to income loss, domestic violence, or mental illnesses.

“There is never a set face to homelessness,” she says. “It could be any demographic, race, religion.”
