See if you may qualify for Hope Atlanta’s services and find other resources here.
Please answer a few questions to help determine if you may be eligible for assistance from one of our current programs. This form is for informational purposes; all individuals must work with a Hope Atlanta intake specialist to determine if you qualify.
Note: Due to the high number of people seeking assistance, we can’t always accommodate everyone, even if you meet the eligibility requirements.
To expedite the intake process, is it recommended you have supporting documents ready.
Depending on the type of services you are seeking, additional documentation may be required.

Unfortunately, as much as we’d like to, we are unable to assist everyone. However, we try our best to provide resources to those we are unable to assist.
To receive assistance, you’ll need a valid ID (such as a driver’s license), your Social Security card, and your birth certificate.
If you are missing any of this documentation, we may be able to provide resources and/or directions to help you obtain the missing documents.
No, we do not have a shelter. However, we do have relationships with most Atlanta shelters and can refer clients there if needed.
If you meet certain criteria, we may be able to provide rental assistance. If not, we can connect you to other resources that may be able to help.
We assist a few clients per month through our Reunification Program. There is limited availability, and assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
