Our Services

Street Outreach

We meet and assist unsheltered neighbors where they are, with teams at MARTA, the airport, encampments, and our Comprehensive Outreach Center for Women and Children (formerly known as the Women’s Community Kitchen).

Housing Solutions

We embrace a housing-first approach, working to help clients overcome barriers to housing, like finding affordable housing, providing rental and move-in assistance, and assisting with eviction prevention.

Case Management

Our personalized, client-centered approach ensures that clients play an active role in building stability and self-sufficiency. For example, at place-based sites like The Melody, we empower residents with the guidance and support they need to reclaim their livelihoods.

Wraparound Services

Besides meeting clients' basic needs like food and shelter, we connect clients with the support and resources they need to strengthen resilience. We collaborate with community partners to provide economic opportunities including financial literacy, workforce development, and more.

Behavioral Health

In FY24, 58% of the 6,223 people we served had a mental health diagnosis. Hope Atlanta provides in-house behavioral health services to address the urgent gap in access to mental health care and help our clients begin a new chapter.

Veteran Services

Veterans are more likely to experience homelessness than the general population. Our heroes deserve better. Our team works with community partners to provide homelessness intervention services across 30 counties and the City of Atlanta.
