Outstanding legal and civil matters present barriers to housing, employment, and access to other resources. Assistance with court-orders, eviction proceedings, protective orders, and other legal proceedings may be necessary to prevent homelessness or to break the barriers to housing and independence.

Atlanta is lucky to have nonprofit practices that provide quality civil legal services to those who are homeless, at risk of facing homelessness, and those with low-income.
